Our Rishikesh Ashram is located a km up in the hills surrounded by mountains and forest in Upper Tapovan. And our Goa campus is located at the seashore of Patnem Beach with 180 degree of ocean view. Adhiroha is a US Yoga Alliance Certified yoga school in India. We are also registered with Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush- Government of India. We provide 200 Hour YTTC, 300 Hour YTTC & 500 Hour YTTC along with other short course like Aerial Yoga TTC, Sound Healing TTC, Pre & Post Natal TTC and Yoga Retreats.
