Disappointed

Extremely disappointed. They cant even take a blood sample. When their technician extracted blood sample from my right hand for a test, it was the normal pain associated with the syringe. But after 2-3 days my hand became stiff and started paining badly. I was not able to straighten my hand. I had to visit my family doctor who said it was thrombosis (blood clot) which happens if blood sample is not taken carefully. It took 2 weeks for me to recover. The same thing happened with my mother also. I am utterly disappointed with dhane lab and would never go there again. Being one of the finest labs in Pune, this is what they have to offer.
