Pathetic work environment where toxic nepotism is practiced and outsiders' / non related people's careers are played around and manipulated. The place will break your courage and ability as you will be exposed to toxic nepotism here which will make you weak just because your family is not related to the owners of the firm or because your family members dont give revenue to the firm, your skills knowldege wont matter all they need is slaves who work as a servant to the rich kids of their related parties and your future is hanged in bargain and compromised. A pathetic place in the world which kills people from the inside and breaks them apart changing their entire life. Yes that is what they do, the kids of the related parties here, they will take advantage of outisiders by fooling them and when the oursider realises they will corner him and make him suffocate till he leaves the place and then they will blame him to get a raise for themselves by proving the outsider as a useless employee. In the end its the outsider who suffers, just mind games played with outsiders that is what is done and destroying their careers just because their "ghar ka chokro chokri" to be settled. Hard to believe such a place exists in 21st century, no wonder they hardly have any articles working there its just the ones who go their by mistake make the biggest mistake of their life. This is what they do they break your courage and will power misguide you by telling not to study and educate yourself so that you will ultimately be in a miserable state and then they will tell you have no option but to pick up the garbage of their rich related party nepo kids for whom they have created a wonderland. Whats the use of the degrees and ranks when you cant even be a good human being. These are such shameless people that even after doing so much they will still act as if nothing has happened, even when the other person has found out all their doings still they will act as nothing has happened and still they will want that person to stay and destroy his career by picking up the garbage work which their related kids dont prefer doing, such a shame that they cant even acknowledge that they done all this. If you ever go here, your career life everything will be ruined forever and the owners of this firm will laugh one your situation and show sympathy by portraying that you are better off going this garbage work only which their rich kids dont want to do. Degree knowledge everything is made a mockery out of here, only your whether your dad / father in law is a big influential person or not is what matters amd only such people will get importance rest will be treated like some low category people why, just beacuse they belong to a simple family. Just imagine your 3years getting fucked up just beacuse the owners have to setttle their influential peoples kids, while your life justs habgs in the bargain, no punishment will be enough for such people, what they do is they kill people from the inside when such a thing hapens with their own son or daughter they will understand what they have beacause they still have the same arrogant attitude, such a shame
