Introduction to JKM Leathers JKM Leathers is a reputed manufacturer and exporter of Leather Garments and is headquartered in Chennai. We posses over 25 years of valuable experience gained through manufacturing and exporting garments to several satisfied customers across France, Germany, Italy, Spain, U.S.A, Japan, South Korea Australia and Hong Kong. JKM Leathers is an offshoot of Swami and Co which has enjoyed great reputation in the industry since 1947. JKM Leathers was established with the sole purpose of manufacture and export of leather related products with its primary focus on leather garments. The cause and the credit for our success lie with our dedicated employees who pay great importance to quality and maintain a perfect record for in time delivery. Infrastructure at JKM Leathers We employ over 100 efficient and skilled employees in our manufacturing facility which is spread across 12, 000 sq ft of space. The factory comprises of 4 well coordinated departments: Leather stores & Cutting, Pasting & Stitching, Quality Control & Packing and Administration. We operate over 50 state of the art sewing machines from Juki that churns out over 36, 000 garments every year and we specialize in several unique designs, embroidery and hand designs which are all carried out in house. Our R&D team in the form of a sampling unit dedicates itself to perfecting difficult styles and understanding client requirements. The Factory is ably supported by and affiliated to a tannery in Vaniyambadi which can produce leather of the highest quality as per customer requirements and specifications in the shortest possible lead time.
