PAIN PAIN
I am taking all this pain to write reviews.. bec I dont want anyone out there to go through the same experience I had.. Guys, for the money paid, you deserve some good service, repect.. more than anything else, you need to get what you pay for (tickets, passport, visa etc).. if you dont get atleast these, then there is no use of going to her.. all she does is make you call 100 times with no results
