QUALIJET HS is a New Generation High Speed Digital Textile Printer based on Mimaki JV5 developed in Italy by La Meccanica ideal for high quality production runs on any kind of textile fabric. FEATURES OF QUALIJET HS : 1. 40m2/h Plug & Print digital textile printer Qualijet HS is a top quality industrial scale textile digital printer at production speed of 20-40 m2/h depending on colour, resolution and pass. 2. New print heads, speed, safety and quality The Qualijet HS comes with the new extra wide variable dot Epson print heads, with 1440 nozzles per head, 4 times more the conventional print heads. A sensor automatically controls the distance from the print heads and the fabric surface. 3. Extra Precision with the new belt drive The adhesive blanket prevents even the smallest movement of the substrate once in position, and ensures perfect registration. 4. Rotating cleaning unit A rotating brush washing unit with open water circuit prevents ‘back printing’ by removing the excess of ink from the adhesive blanket. 5. Two hot air infrared dryers One before the printed fabric rewind station to dry out the fabric and the other one just after the washing unit to dry out water traces from the blanket, and pre-heat the blanket’s surface to optimal working temperature of the thermoplastic adhesive. It offers outstanding stability, error free printing and high productivity. It is able to handle thin stretchable fabric to thick carpet like fabric without complicated adjustment or handling.
